Butler Named to All-Conference Again

Cypress, Calif. – The coaches of the Orange Empire Conference got together Saturday to sort through and name the best of the best, the all-Orange Empire Conference team. Sophomore guard Brae Butler was named to the team for the second year in a row.
Butler finished as the conference’s high scorer with a 21 point average during conference play. She had three thirty-plus point games in conference and five games in the twenties. Butler was also a defensive force fourth in conference in steals with 2.6 per game. Butler led Cypress in scoring, rebounds, steals, and free-throw percentage. Butler finished her career eighth on Cypress’s all-time career scoring list with 893 points.
